Local artist illustrates children’s book for international publisher

Grenada based German Graphic Artist Constanze “Conny” Herrmann is the illustrator of a children’s book recently released by the Ariana-Leilani Children’s Foundation International.

“The Day the Sun Promised to Smile FOREVER!” is written by Dumi Senda. Described as a delightful international children’s story it was written in memory of nine year old Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer — “the Little Ambassador”. Her life has inspired the founding of the Ariana-Leilani Children Foundation International (www.ariana-leilanifoundation.org) that educates and advocates for children’s human rights worldwide.

Homarya Sellier, the founder and president, Innocence In Danger (IID)Worldwide, (www.innocenceindanger.org) believes children have a right to be protected and rehabilitated from all abuse and neglect. “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.” – Albert Einstein

All profits from the sale of this book will go to IID Children’s camps. “Innocence in Danger” thanks Dumi Senda (Author), Conny Herman (Illustrator) and Dr. Ariel King for their work and dedication of their beautiful book to Innocence in Danger Worldwide, a leading international child protection movement.
