Public Apology from the RGPF

The Community Relation Department on behalf of the Royal Grenada Police Force, apologises to the media and the general public for the inaccuracy in a release on Monday 24 June, 2013 regarding the court attendance of five men charged with the murder of Leroy Alexander, 54 years old construction worker of Carruth, St. Andrew.

The release stated that the men will be taken to the Sauteurs Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday 26 June, 2013 at 9:00 am; they were actually taken to court on Tuesday, 25 June instead.

We are indeed sorry for the inconvenience caused by this misinformation.

The Royal Grenada Police Force through the Community Relation Department reassures the general public and the media of its commitment to partner and work together to keep the general public accurately informed.
