An early morning drug raid yesterday has resulted in the uprooting of 1,281 units of cannabis trees ranging from 1Â to 9Â feet in height.
The field operation conducted by officers of the St David Police Station, headed by the Eastern Division’s Rapid Response Unit, made the discovery at Bourdais Estate in Corinth, St David.
One man has since been detained for questioning in connection with the find.
Police are continuing their investigations.
