Coroner’s Inquest into Shooting Death

A Coroner’s Inquest will be held into a police-involved fatal shooting which left Bruce Beggs, 34 years, of Grand Mal, St George, dead.

An autopsy report revealed that Beggs, who received a gunshot wound to the left upper thigh, died as a result of hypovolemic shock.

A  Coroner’s Inquest has been ordered to inquiry into the circumstances of Beggs’ death.

It will commence on Thursday, 10 November 2016.
