Grenadian Kimron Corion Receives 2017 Ryerson University Gold Medal Award

Kimron Corion, recipient of the 2017 Ryerson University Gold Medal for Interdisciplinary Studies

Kimron Corion is a Grenadian currently residing in Toronto. For the past year he has been a student of Ryerson University pursuing a Master of Digital Media.

During the convocation on Wednesday, 11 October Corion graduated with a Master of Digital Media, and received the 2017 Ryerson University Gold Medal for Interdisciplinary Studies.

The Ryerson University Gold Medal is the most prestigious faculty-wide award, and highest honour offered to graduating students. Recipients are selected on the basis of outstanding academic achievement combined with outstanding involvement with the university, their profession, and/or the community.

Corion is a social media strategist and works with brands on planning and executing their social media. He is also a One Young World Ambassador representing Grenada, and was recently named an OECS 30 under 30 in May 2017.
