Fatal Vehicular Accident in Petite Martinique

A twelve (12) year old student of Belle View, Petite Martinique was the victim of a fatal vehicular accident which occurred about 9:30 am on Sunday, 29 September, 2013 on the Belle View, Petite Martinique Public Road. 

Darron Frank was a passenger on a Toyota minibus which was reportedly about to go uphill when it suddenly started to reverse, thus colliding with a wall.

He was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital, Carriacou, where he was examined then transferred to the General Hospital, St. George’s, where he was pronounced dead.

A fifty-six (56) year old resident of Petite Martinique is currently assisting police with their investigations.

A post mortem examination is scheduled to be performed at a later date to determine the official cause of death.

Anyone with information regarding this accident is asked to contact the Petite Martinique Police Station at 443 9044, 911, 440 3999 or 444 1958.
