Since getting the parliamentary approval to establish a Citizenship by Investment Programme by establishing a Citizenship by Investment Committee, Grenada has appointed two marketing agents whose task is to identify suitable applicants for citizenships by investment or permanent residence.

Prime Minister Dr Keith Mitchell has confirmed the Peter de Savary Company and the United States Regional Economic Development Authority. While it is unclear which area de Savary’s company will focus the USREDA will focus on projects and real estate.

”The appointment gives USREDA exclusive marketing rights under Section 10 (projects) and joint marketing rights under Section 11 (real estate). USREDA will manage the security and other aspects of the programme,” said a press release from USREDA.

According to the CBI law, the programme must be marketed and promoted by agents who must have a physical office in Grenada and a license from the Citizenship by Investment Committee whose chairman is David Holukoff.

“The Government of Grenada has established the National Transformation Fund as a new investment vehicle for the transformation of Grenada’s economy. In partnership with USREDA, this Fund will assist with new and innovative investment alternatives for a country rich in natural resources, with a growing economy, and a world-class educational system. Grenada is perfectly positioned for 21st Century opportunities,” said the release which explained that the island is also an island paradise with largely undeveloped beaches and steep volcanic ridges rising from a deep blue Caribbean ocean.

“Real estate projects will include high-end housing, hotels, and tourism,” the release advised.

Joe Walsh, Sr., President and CEO of USREDA, is passionate about the future of the partnership with Grenada. “USREDA is committed to leveraging its experience and unique position as a global, investment-based immigration provider to build wealth without borders for Grenada and foreign investors alike.”

United States Regional Economic Development Authority is one of the largest and most respected processors of investment-based immigration (EB-5). A global team of business experts, international attorneys, immigration specialists, and support staff provides services to clients worldwide. By connecting investors with emerging organizations in key growth sectors such as innovation, real estate, tourism, and university and governmental infrastructure, USREDA’s motto is, “Wealth without borders.”
