NOW Grenada Launches YouTube Channel

Within the first year since the official launch of the daily online newspaper nowgrenada.com, a new feature has now been added that provides viewers the opportunity to view its video channel.

Screen Shot 2014-02-18 at 4.25.16 pmThe news website has an active Facebook page with more than 7,700 followers, a Twitter feed, and now boasts of having a YouTube channel where videos of special events and other productions in Grenada can be viewed. The first videos highlight locally made products which were showcased at the “Made in Grenada” Expo held at the Grenada National Stadium for the 40th Anniversary of Independence Celebrations.

According to Nigel Mathlin of the design & advertising agency aqua.gd, the website’s user base continues to grow, and now has approximately 20,000 unique users per month, with many individual posts quickly exceeding 10,000 unique views.

nowgrenada.com is also monitored by online ranking companies and is already listed as #1 or #2 in the area of Grenada news and entertainment.
