St David’s Catholic Secondary School won Best Drum Performance at the National Peter Phillip Drum Corps Competition which was held on Tuesday 7 April.

The Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Culture is pleased to inform the public of the results as follows:

Best Displays:

  1. Presentation Brothers College
  2. St Joseph’s Convent St George’s
  3. Anglican High School

Best Drum Performances:

  1. St David’s Catholic Secondary School
  2. St Joseph’s Convent St George’s
  3. Grenada Boys’ Secondary School

 Best Drum Majors:

  1. St David’s Catholic Secondary School
  2. Presentation Brothers College
  3. St Joseph’s Convent St George’s

The Peter Phillip Drum Corps Festival is judged based on drum techniques and skill application. The Ministry congratulates the winners and all the participants of the competition from the various schools and extends heartfelt thanks to all sponsors, adjudicators and supporters.
