Five companies are to be removed from the Companies Registration List, or struck off, as the Registrar of Companies believes they are no longer carrying on business in Grenada.Â
According to the 13 June Gazette, the companies are Beach Side Properties Ltd (registered 1997), Calivigny Point Development Company Ltd (registered 1971), Raymond Lewis Windball Cricket Competition Inc (registered in 2014), Lezah and Company Ltd (registered in 2007) and Raindancer Enterprises Ltd, which was registered in 2009.
The notice which is dated 10 June, and signed by the Registrar of Companies Annette Henry,stated that pursuant to section 483(3) of the Companies Act, Cap 58A the struck off will be done 3 months after the first notice, unless the relevant information is provided to prove these companies transact business in the state.
