Craft Business Support Training

Applications are invited for regional craft enhancement and business support training.

The Organization of American States (OAS), in collaboration with the Grenada Tourism Authority, the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation, the Grenada Bureau of Standards and the Ministry of Economic Development, Planning, Trade and Cooperatives will be hosting training workshops for local craft artisans in product development and entrepreneurial skills.

Artisans who are currently producing jewellery or items made from leather, straw or bamboo, and who wish to develop their skills, are invited to apply to the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Frequente Industrial Park from 18-27 August 2014, between 8 am – 4 pm. Persons are required to bring samples of their products when applying.

Please contact the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation at 444-1035, the Grenada Tourism Authority at 440-2001 ext 246, or the Ministry of Economic Development, Planning, Trade and Cooperatives at 435-8889.
