3 young men have been charged following an attempted robbery during the weekend.
The men, Paul Alexander, 25-year-old Painter; Richie Modeste, 23-year-old Mason; and a teenager, all of Mt Carmel, St Andrew, appeared at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 15 February 2016.
Alexander, who is also charged with causing harm, and Modeste, were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison, and are due back in Court on 26 February 2016.
The teenager was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with 2 sureties to return to Court on 17 February.
Charges against the trio were laid after a foiled attempted to rob a student of the St George’s University on 13 February.
