Health Minister Nickolas Steele has confirmed that Grenada has its first Zika case. The Caribbean Public Health Agency confirmed the case on the weekend.
The person is a resident of St Andrew and has recently travelled, but health authorities believe that the transmission was not due to the travelling, based on the number of days which have passed since the return to Grenada.
