Important Notice for all Grenlec Customers

This is an important notice for all Grenlec customers who made payments during the morning of Wednesday, 14 September 2016 between 7:30 am and 12 noon and were issued a printed payment receipt (not handwritten) at Grenlec’s Grenville, Bruce Street or Grand Anse locations.

While customers were issued correct receipts, as a result of a computer system failure, some customers’ payments were not updated to their accounts.

Consequently, we are inviting affected customers to present your printed payment receipts urgently to a representative at any of Grenlec’s customer care centres. This will ensure that your account is updated.

Please note that this only applies to you if you were issued a printed Payment Receipt (not handwritten) before 12 noon on Wednesday, 14 September at a Grenlec office.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience, as we work with you to quickly resolve this matter.
