Hotel Owner and Marketing Director, Magdalena Fielden, accompanied by Website Manager Salisha Armstrong and Hotel Manager Mary Calliste attended the CHIEF Conference from 30 September, until 1 October 2016. This is an annual conference where members of the Caribbean hospitality industry exchange information about what is new and important in the industry.

Fielden was invited by president of the Caribbean Hotel Association, Ms Karolin Troubetzkoy, to present on a panel about the hotel’s environmental efforts, community involvement, social cultural initiatives and sustainable practices. True Blue Bay Resort is honoured to have been named one of the top 3 Caribbean hotels in the Environmental Sustainability category for the efforts of its in house Green Team led by Human Resource manager Marie Fielden.
