The Grenada Olympic Committee (GOC) announced an 8-member team that will compete at the Buenos Aires 2018 Summer Youth Olympic Games from 6 – 18 October in Argentina.
The Youth Olympic Games is a 12-day event for athletes age 15 – 18 competing in 32 sports and 36 disciplines. The event brings together over 4,000 athletes from 206 countries.
Meleni Rodney was the first Grenadian to win a Youth Olympic medal when she won Bronze in the Girls 400m at the Nanjing 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games in China.
