Am I the only one who’s noticed the price disparity in cooking gas?
The 20lb cylinder is $40, in Grenada and has been for a very long time.
20lb of gas at the bulk rate is now $33 and at the 100lb rate it’s only $31.
I remember a time when the price of a 20lb cylinder was supposedly subsidised.
That certainly is not the case now.
In these harsh times it’s not fair that people are having to pay such high prices for an essential item.
What’s worse is the people of Carriacou and PM are having to pay 22.5% more on this inflated price!
Government get your fingers out and do something about this!
