This website was not very well thought out or probably not fully tested. Experiencing a number of problems with just trying to create an account. I am required to submit a scanned document of my ID and I have done so in both PDF and JPEG formats. Neither was accepted. The is a page on the website explaining how a user can retrieve their password if forgotten, but I am unable to find that page or it is with great difficulty. It would help if a those relevant comments were hyperlinked so as to take you directly to the page needed. Also the website you provide on this newspaper is only partially correct. I am sure some persons will take the taxservices.gov.gd and copy and paste as is into browser only to come up with an unavailable page. This results in unnecessarily calling the helpdesk, who, by the way, are NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES. The link should be preceded by https:// .
I am trying to pay on time online to take advantage of the 5% discount because I will be caught dead again before I stand outside like cattle in the hot sun in front of the IRD building along the Carnage.
