The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) is seeking a consultant with specialised knowledge and wide experience in Job Classification, Salary Scale Review and Performance Management Exercise to undertake a review of NAWASA’s existing job classification and performance management system.
The consultant is expected to complete within 3 months, an assessment of NAWASA’s existing job classification and performance management system to determine its suitability to:
- Measure and systematically assess job value and compensation internally and relative to the local business environment.
- Recognise and motivate good performers and encourage continuous improvement through the organisation.

Proposals must be submitted by 3 pm on Friday, 14 August 2020 in a sealed envelope and addressed to the General Manager, National Water and Sewerage Authority, PO Box 392, The Carenage, St George’s, Grenada.
