Question ….Where is all the funds collected going?
I was under the impression that some or most of that money going on road repairs.
in view of the amount of vehicles on the road at the moment I strongly suggest that the government brings in a better inspection system as the current one is inadequate.
I would suggest that they sub the work to qualified mechanics with the correct equipments and they wiil issue the pass certificate which you take to the revenue office for your sticker
