RGPF seems to be top heavy. My question is with all these senior officers who are doing foot patrol?

How many police stations Grenada have to warrant so many senior police officers?

The wage bill should be spread out instead of focus to the top officers. What are the incentives for our young men and women entering profession? It should be more than a promotion.

Out of 24 senior police appointments only 2 women.
Primitive 1940s country of the severely brainwashed and stuck in a colonial trance.
Is their god a caucasian male and not an African woman, the divine origin of homo sapiens?

It’s a man’s world in that primitive 1930s colonial country of the severely brainwashed.
I bet that their god is a caucasian male and not an African woman, the divine origin of homo sapiens.

Why is it that the men are referred to as Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent, but the women are referred to as Woman Assistant Superintendent and Woman Superintendent? The situation is manifestly bizarre. To my mind, it is sexist. It is a relic of colonialism, which must be discarded. Since 1999, the terms Woman Constable and WPC have officially not been used in England and Wales. Why are the men not called Man Assistant Superintendent and Man Superintendent!

You need to understand that the Minority always stands out in the Majority. it’s the way we see things hence why such things may be seen as an accomplishment and achievement. when it comes to certain roles in society it’s either the men or women who are referred to by their gender. In schools Male teachers stand out while in construction female workers stand out. There needs to be an understanding when it comes to the Minority standing out.
