Minister for Tourism, Civil Aviation & Culture, Hon. Alexandra Otway-Noel, who is in London leading Grenada’s delegation to World Travel Market, takes pleasure in congratulating Sir Royston Hopkin KMCG, owner and Managing Director of Spice Island Beach Resort, for yet another “winning performance” in London for Grenada: the luxury resort’s eighth consecutive Virgin Holidays’ award as the number one property in the tour operator’s exclusive worldwide Platinum Collection.
The award was presented by Virgin Holidays Managing Director, Amanda Wills at the prestigious, annual Virgin Holidays pre-WTM event. Spice Island Beach Resort is located on Grenada’s Grand Anse beach, within easy reach of capital St George’s.
Minister Otway-Noel said: “Spice Island Beach Resort is the flagship property of Grenada’s luxury hotels and its staff, under the leadership of Sir Royston, provides service levels par excellence.” The coveted award is all the more impressive as it is takes into consideration all hotels — worldwide — in the Virgin Holidays Programme.
Once again Spice Island Beach Resort received a perfect 100% score on the tour operator’s customer service questionnaires, earning them the top spot.
