Rudel Francis, alias “Duce” 21 years old, of Beaulieu St George was captured early on the morning of 16 April, in the community of La Mode, St George.
Francis was wanted by the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) for questioning in connection with a report of robbery with violence. Francis is currently in police custody assisting with their investigations.
