Three On Drug Related Charges

Three St George residents, who were assisting the RGPF with their investigations into the discovery of a quantity of marijuana, have been charged for the offences of possession of and trafficking of a controlled drug.

The men, Adrian Coutain, 26 years old of Woodlands, Garvin Antoine, 28 years old of Calivigny and Damian Depradine, 29 years resident of the Carenage St George who appeared before the St David Magistrate’s Court on Monday 27 October, were granted bail in the sum of $20,000 each with two sureties. They are due to reappear in court at a later date. Police investigations continue.

Police Make Major Breakthrough

Major operations by the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) during the weekend have led to multiple charges been laid and the arrest of three St George residents on larceny related offences. Businessman, Matthew Harris alias ‘Captain Harris,’ 58 years old residing at Belmont was charged for the offence of receiving stolen goods valued at over $30,000.

Enroy Williams, 28 year old Trafficker of Mont Toute and Anderson Clement, 27 years old, Fisherman of Green Street were charged for the offences of housebreaking and stealing articles valued at over $40,000. Additional charges of stealing, and housebreaking were also laid against Williams.

The arrest of the men followed a string of housebreaking and stealing offences in the Central policing district.
