Grenada and Windward Islands U19 all-rounder Ryan John has been selected to attend a West Indies Under-19 Cricket training camp in Barbados from 29 March to 11 April.

John and Gidron Pope of St Vincent & the Grenadines are the only two Windward Islands players selected in the fifteen-man squad to begin preparations for the International Cricket Council (ICC) Youth World Cup scheduled for Bangladesh in January 2016.

A right-handed medium pacer and middle-order batsman, John was the leading all-rounder for the Windward Islands in the 2014 West Indies U19 Tournament in Guyana.
