A St George Businessman who appeared in Court on Friday, 2 June 2017 on charges of possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition has been fined EC$6000.
Tyrone Stefon Edwards of L’Anse aux Épines, was arrested and charged by officers at the South St George Police Station following a shooting incident on 31 May 2017.
On the charge of possession of a firearm, he was fined EC$4000 to be paid in 4 months and, in default, 15 months’ imprisonment. On the charge of possession of ammunition, he was charged EC$2000 and in default 12 months’ imprisonment.
