The Royal Grenada Police Force explains the procedure:
Well said Supt .vannie and the rest of the police force keep on keeping the nation and yourself and families safe . I wish to thank the nurses and doctors for doing a great job And the leader of the nation not forgetting the people please obey and respect the Authorities cause it’s for your safety. sending out love from Canada
Thank you! I feel safer going out with less people scheduled to be out at once. I also appreciate the ability to have two different times to allow for appropriate observation of the Sabbath. God bless!
I agree with Dudley it will be safer and less confusing to operate a whole Day to a group
Maybe including the
elderly A -M -Saturday from 8am – 10am
Other A-M from 11am – 5pm
Elderly N-Z Sunday 8am -5pm
Other N-Z from 11- 5pm
This will avoids clashes of people leavening and coming and also for staff to restock etc.
Although this seems a good idea, shops are only open 10-4 on a sunday so how does that work? So N-Z have 2 hrs and A-M have 3hrs…
Plus not everyone has photo ID so i guess you need to make sure you have done all of your shopping!
I’m sure shops will adhere to these hours
Yes he sure is.
In this new try-out, will seniors and essential workers still be given priority to enter the supermarkets and will there be a clearly marked queue for them to join while waiting?
Also, and very importantly, will people be required to wear a mask to protect each other, especially the store workers who will be exposed to many customers all day? …. There doesn’t seem to be any point in keeping people safely at home during a 24 hour curfew, only to expose them to possible community contamination when they need to get essential food supplies.
Jesus is coming
This makes no sense, one shopping day was enough. Churches are closed but supermarkets open to sell alcohol makes no sense to me. We may as well abolish the curfew. Ludicrous need I say more.
Don’t you think it will be better served if a full day was allocated for shoppers A-M and the other day from N-Z thus allowing for restocking for the next day’s shopping?
The timing is not logical. You’ll have twice as many people on the street, those who are waiting to complete their shopping and those who are waiting to start theirs
How about those that worship on Saturday and their last name fall on that day
Hello Sir.
Thank you for your service
God bless!
Are the grocery stores in those Parishes stock? And do they have enough goods and medicines for everyone?
